Motorboat-free lakes in a picturesque regional park, Thetis Lake has historically been home training ground to elite triathletes. Connect with local swimmers at the main beach most mornings in the summer, on Fridays at 6PM.

The main beach serves as the primary entry point, with parking available and trails connecting the site for cyclists and walkers. Confirm with the above mentioned swimmers: reportedly it’s possible to follow the lake’s shoreline for extended distances.  Typically clear and calm water offering ideal conditions for training.
