Access this pristine beach via Ocean Boulevard, with paid parking lots and free street parking available. Can be is relatively crowded in season, but a good water entry for swimming in Coronado. The wide, sandy beach extends far enough for a longer swim; consider swimming parallel to shore between the Hotel del Coronado and North Beach for a protected 1.5-mile route (as always, confirm conditions and safety with locals).

Lifeguards on duty 9AM-dusk (May-September). Early morning (before 9AM) swimming recommended to avoid crowds and get calmer conditions. Watch for rip currents and naval operations in the area.
